Renee was referred to my husband and myself as we were wanting to move to the Port Charlotte area from Wyoming. I arrived the last week of June and planned on a week to find a house. Because of limited time, I was thankful that she only showed me houses that met our criteria. Her knowledge of the area, her "eagle eye" as she looked at the properties, pointed out many issues that I did not see. I found a house and signed the contract. Unfortunately, the sellers were not able to find a house to purchase during the our initial 30 day contract. During an almost 3 month process, Renee kept us informed and more importantly, kept the pressure on the seller's realtor to inform us of their progress. This was made more difficult by the lack of attention by the seller's realtor. Through many conversations and negotiations, Renee kept us from going "off the rails" and was tough but professional to finally close the sale. Thankfully due to Renee's experience and tenacity, we are now the happy owners of our house in Port Charlotte. Thank you again Renee!
